Southeast Regional co-owners Bob Kilinski and Kay Evans create a dynamic partnership. Bob brings his knowledge and experience of growing a large multi-office real estate organization. Kay brings her expertise to the market, having been recognized as a top broker in Atlanta, and as the 1999 Real Estate Educator of the Year by the Real Estate Educators Association.

Kay and Bob developed Keller Williams Realty in the Southeast Region of the United States, which includes Georgia, Tennessee and Alabama.

Bob Kilinski

Operating Partner, Co-Owner

Bob has 40+ years of experience in operating, managing and teaching in the real estate brokerage industry. As the Vice President of a prestigious real estate company in New Orleans, Gertrude Gardner Realtors, he headed up both the residential and the commercial divisions, helping to expand the company to 22 offices throughout the city and surrounding areas.  Bob opened his own Keller Williams market center in New Orleans in June 1998, which grew to 75 agents in one year.  Because of his enthusiasm for the Keller Williams concept, he bought the rights to develop the Southeast Region which includes Georgia, Tennessee and Alabama.


Bob holds an MBA in Business, Finance and Management and an Engineering Degree from Tulane University, as well as the coveted CRB designation from the National Association of Realtors. He was with IBM in Technical Marketing support prior to entering real estate. In his early real estate career, he was involved in ownership of a custom home construction company, and he built a 4 office residential real estate company, which was then sold to a major national real estate organization.


Bob also loves to share and give back! He was the recipient of the Keller Williams Robert B. Carter award in 2006 for his involvement in developing a relief program for families who suffered the devastative effects of Hurricane Katrina (New Orleans, 2005).


Bob’s passion is teaching and consulting agents, leaders and office owners to assist them in enhancing their careers and businesses to the highest level. In just the past 13 years that he has been with Keller Williams Realty, he has developed, published and taught 8 unique courses around the United States and Canada.

Kay Evans


Kay Evans partnered with Bob Kilinski in 1999 to develop the Southeast Region. She was Region Director for 9 years and retired in February 2009. Kay will remain a large part of the organization through consulting and training, but will not be a part of the day to day operations. She is ambassador for Keller Williams Realty International and will continue to represent our company for years to come.

Cheryl Sadoti

Regional Director

As Regional Director, Sadoti oversees the growth and development of Keller Williams Southeast Region.  Her focus is on helping the market center owners grow a profitable business. With a passion for developing leaders, she also regularly identifies candidates for leadership roles within the region. Sadoti joined Keller Williams Realty in 2000 as an agent and quickly moved into a leadership position. Her accomplishments were recognized by Keller Williams International when she was inducted into the inaugural class of the Team Leader Hall of Fame in 2009. In 2008, Sadoti became the Regional Director of the Southeast Region, which now has 57 market centers and over 11,000 agents. She was most recently honored with Keller Williams’ prestigious 2015 Award of Excellence and 2015 Eagle Award. Under the direction of Sadoti, along with regional owners Kay Evans and Bob Kilinski, the Southeast Region is consistently recognized as one of the top performing regions in all of Keller Williams Realty International.

Lisa Romine

Region Operations Manager

Lisa joined Keller Williams in the fall of 2011 with over twenty years of sales and marketing experience under her belt.  Before joining the Region, she was the Executive Director of an education/ membership organization where she coordinated and planned symposiums and member events.  She brings her organizational skills to Keller Williams and is responsible for supporting Bob and Cheryl with the Region’s operations. A native of Atlanta, she is a graduate of Georgia Tech.

Crystal Lawson

Region MCA

Crystal joined Keller Williams in 2003 as a licensed realtor with a background in Accounting.  She quickly took the opportunity to find her sweet spot in the company as Market Center Administrator (MCA) and remained in the role for 10 Years.  During that time, Crystal was co-regional MCA of the Carolinas Region, Inducted into the MCA Hall of Fame and joined the Keller Williams International MCA Division as a Market Center Angel.  Additionally, Crystal is a Certified Health and Wellness Coach with a focus on self-care. Crystal will serve the MCAs of the Southeast Region with care, compassion and accountability that will empower them to be strong leaders who support the growth and stability of the market center.
