The Southeast Region was the Top Performing Region in the country for the last 8 consecutive years!

Southeast Regional co-owners Bob Kilinski and Kay Evans create a dynamic partnership. Bob brings his knowledge and experience of growing a large multi-office real estate organization. Kay brings her expertise to the market, having been recognized as a top broker in Atlanta, and as the 1999 Real Estate Educator of the Year by the Real Estate Educators Association.

Kay and Bob developed Keller Williams Realty in the Southeast Region of the United States, which includes Georgia, Tennessee and Alabama.

Bob Kilinski

Operating Partner, Co-Owner

In 1999 Bob made his way to Atlanta from Louisiana and founded the Southeast Region with his partner Kay Evans.  Bob’s talent, knowledge and wisdom are an asset to our regional leaders in helping them learn to run a “businesses worth owning.”  Not only consulting on budgets and financial issues, Bob works with our leaders on operating a KW Market Center using the KW models at the highest level.   Through productivity focused systems he leads OPs, TLs and MCAs to create profit enhancement strategies to develop highly profitable Market Centers.

Kay Evans

Co-Owner

Kay Evans partnered with Bob Kilinski in 1999 to develop the Southeast Region. She was Region Director for 9 years and retired in February 2009. Kay will remain a large part of the organization through consulting and training, but will not be a part of the day to day operations. She is ambassador for Keller Williams Realty International and will continue to represent our company for years to come.

Cheryl Sadoti

Regional Director

Cheryl came to Keller Williams Realty in 2000 as agent (Rookie of the year with her former company) and soon stepped into the Team Leader role at the Sugarloaf Market Center, which was consistently in the top 10 at KWRI.  From that position she became the General Manager of six offices and launched a Market Center in the Carolinas Region as Operating Principal. As Region Director, Cheryl’s focus will be to create “Super Star” Leaders!   The operations of the Regional office will be under her direction.

Sam Foster

Regional MCA & Application Coordinator

Sam joined Keller Williams in 2001 after relocating to Florida with her husband.  During this time she had the opportunity to serve in several roles, including Market Center Administrator, Interim Team Leader, Operating Partner and Market Center Investor.  She has opened Business Centers, assisted with the launching of new Market Centers, and transitioned ownership groups.

In 2008 Sam made the decision to step out of the Market Center and joined KW MCAngels Division as a support and financial analyst and at that same time joined the North FL Region as a consultant assisting with financials and budgeting.  She soon joined the SE Region and currently serves as Regional MCA and Application Coordinator for both the Southeast and North FL Regions. Sam has extensive experience as a public speaker, writer and consultant.

Allie Burrow

Communications Director/Regional Operations Manager

Allie joined KW Southeast Region Office team after graduating from Georgia Southern University in May 2009 with a degree in Public Relations.

Allie’s duties are daily operations, supporting the Regional Director, communications interface with all offices and leadership within the Southeast Region, coordinating Region events and assisting the Regional Director in making the Southeast the number 1 resource in the country.

Before joining the KW family, she interned with the Public Relations Department at the Georgia Aquarium, PR agency 360 Media, Inc. and was Marketing Coordinator for a start-up company based in Atlanta.
