Job Description: The Director of Agent Services facilitates new agent
intake, orientation, and helps agents acclimate to the KW systems,
models and tools. Connecting agents to the tools and resources that
Keller Williams provides is critical to our agents’ success. The DAS
is responsible for teaching, acknowledging accomplishments, and is
responsible for engaging and retaining the agents in our brokerage,
supporting the staff and keeping the energy in the office positive and
ALIVE! The DAS must have a deep urge to help others – it should be
part of your DNA! You must have a strong understanding that the agents
in our office are our clients.

The DAS also oversees the office technology and communication systems
and support providers. This position assists with office events,
manages the intranet information, manages and updates the agent
roster, assists with the training calendar and other duties as
assigned.

calm under pressure.

Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Word,
Excel, PowerPoint & Publisher, technology skills relating to office
copy and communication systems as well as computer, projector and MLS
systems.

Director of Agent Services
We are looking for an organized and proactive leader to oversee and
enhance our agent support systems. This position is responsible for
streamlining agent onboarding, providing ongoing training, and
delivering exceptional operational support. Key responsibilities
include:

Daily Engagement: Conducting care calls, supporting agents, and
promoting training and classes.

Weekly Responsibilities: Attending staff meetings, teaching essential
tools and platforms (e.g., Command, Intranet, MLS), onboarding new
agents, and facilitating agent retention through touchpoints and
training sessions.

Monthly Duties: Managing event and training calendars, ensuring agent
attendance at key sessions, and creating impactful reports.
New Agent Onboarding: Coordinating paperwork, setting up accounts and
tools, and ensuring a smooth integration into the company systems.
Additional Responsibilities: Supporting agents with inquiries,
managing agent transitions, and stepping in for front desk duties as
needed.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be
tech-savvy, and possess strong organizational and communication
skills. Experience in real estate support, training, or operations is
highly desirable.
