Leader to join our Executive Leadership Team and shape the future of
our Market Center in Peachtree Corners, GA.

As Team Leader, you’ll be the chief architect of growth and culture,
driving production, profitability, and passion within our
organization. You’ll recruit top talent, coach our agents to build big
lives and businesses, and cultivate a thriving culture built on

Key Responsibilities
– Attract and Develop Top Talent: Identify, recruit, and coach real
estate professionals to reach their highest potential
– Drive Productivity & Profitability: Champion KW tools, systems, and
models to support consistent production and growth
– Lead with Vision: Run weekly growth meetings, lead the Associate
Leadership Council, and partner with top agents on growth strategies
– Build World-Class Culture: Inspire a culture of collaboration,
contribution, and legacy
What We’re Looking For

Proven success in leadership, sales, or recruiting
– A track record of driving results through others
– Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
– Real estate license required (or willingness to obtain)
– A growth-oriented mindset and the ability to cast compelling vision
