Job Responsibilities:
Foster strong relationships with agents and uphold a positive culture
within the marketcenter
Welcome visitors, handle inquiries, and direct them accordingly to
provide a positive experience
Answer calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the
appropriate parties
Prepare for team meetings, including the development of presentations
Manage all social media accounts for the office, ensuring consistent
and engaging content
Manage office events and announcements, including weekly email updates
to keep everyone informed.
Handle all paperwork and associated tasks with the onboarding and
offboarding of agents Orientation for new agents to the market center.
Managing the monthly education calendar: scheduling instructors,
advertising & marketing of classes, handling registration of required
classes, class set up, etc.
Proficient in effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks to meet
deadlines and achieve goals.
Maintain accurate records in database, including current associates,
tags, and contact information.
And other duties as assigned
Needed Skills:
Technological Proficiency: Proficient with Zoom, Google Drive, Canva,
Gmail, DocuSign, Monday.com, KW Command, and Calendly, with a
willingness and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
and software tools.
Responsive Communication: Ability to respond quickly to emails and
requests from agents,
ensuring timely and efficient communication.
Class Scheduling and Preparation: Skilled in scheduling monthly
classes, preparing
necessary marketing materials, and setting up classes in advance, with
the ability to
anticipate the needs of the market center for upcoming classes and events.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized in both computer-based tasks
and office space
management.
Continuous Learning: A passion for learning and a desire to grow
within the company.
Personable and Focused: A confident, go-getter who loves interacting
with people but can
also focus effectively on administrative tasks.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous in maintaining accurate records,
diligently following up on
assigned tasks, and adhering to established systems and procedures.
Creative Marketing: Ability to create and distribute engaging market
center notifications
and manage social media accounts effectively.
Sales Aptitude: Demonstrated aptitude for sales and a willingness to
learn and contribute to
the sales process.
Position Details:
Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 – 5:00

Possession of a real estate license is preferred but not required
