PAM JONES: 

REGIONAL MCA

Pam joined Keller Williams Realty in 2005 as a Market Center Administrator and rose to a position with the Keller Williams Realty International Support Division providing support and training to other MCAs and business leaders on Market Center Operations, with a focus on financial profitability. Pam continues her work with the MCA Support Division (formerly known as Angels).
Pam is also a Business Coach and Trainer with Business MAPS Training and Coaching. Her background of over 25 years in the accounting field and her certification as an NLP Master Practitioner adds to her passion for coaching and developing leaders to identify their One Thing and help them achieve business success through mindset, goal setting, systems, and accountability.
Pam lives near Memphis, TN with her husband. She enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her daughter, son-in-law, and two grandchildren.
