Job Description:

leader to step into a pivotal Team Leader role within a fast-growing

The Team Leader is the CEO of the Market Center, responsible for
growth, profitability, recruiting, productivity, and culture. This
leader hires, consults, coaches, and inspires sales associates and
staff while implementing the Operating Principal’s vision and Keller
Williams models to drive results.
The Team Leader is personally invested in the success of the agents
and the profitability of the Market Center and plays a critical role
in shaping the future of the company.
Leadership & Vision
- Lead the Market Center with clarity, discipline, and accountability
- Collaborate with the Operating Principle on vision and business plan
- Create and sustain a high-performance, growth-oriented culture
- Set standards that attract and retain top-producing agents
Growth, Recruiting & Retention
- Conduct a minimum of 30 unique recruiting appointments per month
- Maintain an active recruiting pipeline of 100+ agents in conversation
- Recruit, interview, select, and hire experienced and new sales associates
- Clearly articulate the Keller Williams value proposition to recruits
- Drive net agent growth and retention across multiple markets
Productivity & Agent Development
- Consult and coach the top 20% of associates to increase production and retention
- Lead training, consulting, and career development initiatives
- Ensure agents are leveraging Keller Williams systems, models, and tools
- Develop leaders within the Market Center and coaching staff to elevated performance
Business Performance & Profitability
- Achieve market share dominance in target markets
- Build and maintain Market Center profitability
- Monitor and manage performance metrics related to:
- Appointments
- Gross recruits
- Net recruits
- Profitability
- Hold weekly accountability conversations with the Operating Principle/MCA
Staff Leadership & Operations
- Hire, lead, and develop Market Center staff
- Set goals, priorities, and expectations for staff performance
- Ensure operational excellence and alignment with company standards
- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify training and growth
opportunities
Market & Competitive Strategy
- Research competitors and market trends
- Develop and execute strategies to compete and win in the marketplace
- Maintain strong relationships with local REALTOR® associations and
industry partners
