Compensation: Base + Performance Bonuses. 6 figures

You will work directly with executive leadership to scale a 600+ agent
platform into its next era of growth, influence, and market dominance
powered by systems, standards, and bold vision.

Your Mission: You are responsible for driving growth across the
entire Market Center.

Your job is to:

• Expand the agent base
• Increase market presence
• Build predictable pipelines of high quality talent
• Convert opportunity into momentum
• Turn systems into scale

What You’ll Be Doing

You will:

• Attract and engage elite real estate professionals
• Build and manage growth funnels
• Lead the experience for agents exploring KW North Atlanta
• Partner with leadership to expand our footprint
• Track growth metrics and conversion performance
• Elevate systems that make growth repeatable
• Your success will be measured by momentum.
