This is your opportunity to be part of a new market center launch, where you can work alongside the Operating Partner (OP) to set culture and define direction. As a Team Leader at Keller Williams Horizon, you’ll wear many hats, but your core responsibility is one thing: Fueling the growth and success of our Market Center. You’ll be the engine driving our team forward, attracting high-performing agents, fostering a collaborative environment, and empowering everyone to reach their goals.

Here’s a glimpse into what you’ll do:

• Talent Acquisition Rockstar: You’ll be the face of Keller Williams in our market, actively recruiting top talent and building a dynamic team of real estate professionals. You have a keen eye for spotting potential and a talent for persuasion, convincing high performers why our Market Center is the launchpad for their success.
• Passionate Leader: You set the tone for our entire Market Center. You’ll work with the Operating Partner communicate the Market Center vision for the future. Through effective communication, you’ll keep everyone aligned with our goals and moving forward in unison.
• Coach and Mentor: Our agents are your partners in success. You’ll provide ongoing coaching and mentorship, helping them elevate their skills, refine their strategies, and achieve their personal best.
• Market Center Maestro: You’ll oversee all aspects of the Market Center’s operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and a positive, productive environment for everyone. This includes managing budgets, fostering collaboration, and staying on top of industry trends.
• Master of Your Schedule: Buckle up! This role is fast-paced and demanding. You’ll need exceptional time management skills to juggle recruiting, coaching, team meetings, and strategic planning, all while maintaining a positive and energetic presence.

To be successful, you’ll need:

• Proven experience in real estate, ideally with a successful track record in sales or leadership.
• A passion for coaching and mentoring others, with the ability to help them grow and achieve their goals.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• A dynamic personality with an infectious enthusiasm.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• In-depth knowledge of the Keller Williams culture and core values (WI4C2TS).
