Role: Team Leader

Location: Warner Robins, Georgia

Job Description: Actively engage and attract productive associates
(with market share) through business consulting, disruptive training
and KW technology.
Consult the Top 20% of associates in the market center to increase
productivity and profitability.
Lead, support, set expectations, and meet regularly with Market Center
Leadership Team
Ensure execution of disruptive training
Effectively communicate and drive adoption of Market Center’s value proposition
Oversee the Associate Leadership Council(ALC) meetings and personal growth
Consistently research competition and develop business prospecting and
marketing strategies to successfully compete in partnership with OP
Lead Business Meetings
