Southeast Leaders Step into National Leadership Roles
Congratulations to several outstanding leaders from the Southeast Region who have recently stepped into expanded leadership roles with Keller Williams Realty.
Andy and Lesley Peters have been named Co-Heads of Growth & Attraction, where they will help lead the company’s nationwide strategy for agent growth and recruiting. Joining them is Gabby Maddox Davis, who has been appointed Digital & Social Growth Lead, focusing on driving growth through digital marketing, culture, retention, and recognition initiatives.
These appointments reflect the incredible talent within our region and the leadership that continues to influence Keller Williams on a national level. We are proud to see these leaders sharing their expertise across the company and look forward to the impact they will make as they help shape the future of Growth & Attraction at KW.

Two Tracks, One Mega Experience: Mega Camp 2026
In real estate, some things just belong together, like leads and listings, models and systems, and Mega Agent Camp and Mega Leadership Camp. This year’s Mega Camp offers targeted education and training for all KW® associates, with separate learning tracks for both agents and leaders. KW NextGen – Southeast Region Update
The momentum across the Southeast Region continues to grow, and it’s because of leaders like you.
So far in 2026, our region has contributed more than $32,000 in total gifts, including $26,662 through Gifts from Closings, directly investing in scholarships, coaching, and leadership opportunities for the next generation.

Founder’s Day is July 23
Founder’s Day is KW NextGen’s largest fundraising event of the year, and every dollar raised helps equip young adults with coaching, scholarships, personal development, and life-changing opportunities through Quantum Leap.
This year’s virtual fundraiser also includes an AI + Social Media Mastery Workshop featuring four outstanding Keller Williams instructors, making it an opportunity to invest in both your own business and the future of the next generation.
Our Region Continues to Change Lives
Congratulations to Ymorah Blakeney of Atlanta, our Southeast Region’s newest QL Coaching recipient. Through KW NextGen, she’s receiving one-on-one leadership coaching to help pursue her mission of educating young professionals on personal branding and career development.
Every scholarship awarded and every coaching opportunity begins with agents who choose to give.

There are several simple ways to make an impact:
- Continue or start Gifts from Closings in your Market Center.
- Become a Launchpad Donor by making a recurring monthly gift that provides sustainable funding for scholarships, coaching, and leadership development.
- Support Founder’s Day on July 23 by attending, donating, or sharing the campaign with your network.
