Family Reunion 2026 Vision Speech
Join Gary Keller, alongside Jason Abrams and Jay Papasan, for a look at the 2026 real estate market outlook. In this session, they break down key trends shaping the industry, including home sales forecasts, inventory changes, mortgage rates, and evolving buyer and seller behavior.
Don’t miss this expert insight to help you stay ahead in an ever-changing real estate market.

The future of Keller Williams leadership is being built right now, and the Southeast Region is helping lead the way.
KW NextGen exists to attract, develop, and retain the next generation of leaders. Many of the young adults who first experienced this mission at Family Reunion are now returning to the industry as Productivity Coaches, Team Leaders, instructors, and donors themselves. That is the legacy we are building together.
Southeast Region Impact
Because of the generosity of agents across Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee, our region has already contributed:
$10,258.30 in donations from 327 donors.
Several Market Centers are leading the way through Gifts from Closings, including Knoxville-West, Atlanta-Newnan, Atlanta-Peachtree Road, Atlanta-Decatur, Birmingham-Vestavia, Savannah, Augusta, and Johnson City.
Every closing gift helps fund scholarships, leadership training, and opportunities that shape the future of our industry.
Real Impact
This quarter, two young adults from our Southeast region were awarded QL Coaching, receiving mentorship and leadership development through the KW NextGen program:
Rylee Wright – McRae-Helena, GA
Zavier Shabazz – Lilburn, GA
Because of agents like you, young adults are gaining access to Quantum Leap, a course created by Gary Keller that empowers them to live with intention, purpose, and bold action.
QL Summit 2026
Registration for QL Summit 2026 is officially open.
This event is both a transformational leadership experience for young adults and one of the primary ways KW NextGen funds scholarships and programs.
Our regional goal is simple:
• Every Market Center hosts a Watch Party, and/or
• Sends at least one young adult to attend live
How You Can Get Involved
There are several simple ways to support the mission.
Gifts from Closings
Agents can make a small, tax-deductible donation from each closing to support leadership development for young adults.
Launchpad Donors
Launchpad donors commit to a small monthly gift that provides consistent funding for scholarships, coaching, and leadership programs for students.
Market Center Ambassadors
We are building a network of ambassadors across Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee who want to champion this mission inside their Market Centers.
If you would like to set up Gifts from Closings, become a Launchpad donor, or serve as a Market Center Ambassador, reach out directly to:

PATRICK’S TECH TALK
You’ve been hearing about personal brands for years now, but as we move into a new phase of marketing and discoverability online, they are more important than ever.
What is a personal brand? “Personal branding is the intentional, strategic process of defining and expressing your unique value, expertise, and personality to shape public perception. It merges your story, skills, and core values to build a reputable, consistent, and authentic professional image that attracts opportunities and establishes trust.” (Forbes Magazine)
Here’s a quick 2 Minute tip to help narrow down your own personal brand.
1) Collect reviews/ratings/feedback from clients and copy them into a single document.
2) Copy and paste that information into your LLM of choice (Gemini, Claude, etc).
3) Use this prompt: “Based on the following information, what would you say is my personal brand?”
4) Review the result and see how it feels. Run it past those you know, like, and trust. If it feels right, this could be it. Run the prompt several times. Remember, AI is a kind of slot machine when it comes to results. Every attempt will be different. And no attempt is objectively correct.
What did Gemini say mine was when I fed it my 3300 reviews?
“The Sincere Strategist: You are the tech-forward mentor who replaces agent anxiety with actionable clarity, proving that complex systems are easy to master when taught with heart and simplicity.”
Does that sound accurate to you? You tell me.
Now go tell your story.
~Patrick
