Job Description: Business Coach – Real Estate Leadership Opportunity

We are looking for a Business Coach who will lead, inspire, and hold
real estate agents accountable to their highest level of performance.
This is a unique opportunity to build a business by succeeding through
others.

What You’ll Do:

• Recruit and attract agents into the coaching program, creating a culture of productivity.
• Coach and develop residential real estate agents to increase production by 50% or more
• Deliver weekly group and individual coaching sessions focused on growth, skill mastery, and accountability
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build sales, lead generation, and business-building skills
• Track, measure, and report results, ensuring alignment with Market Center goals

What We’re Looking for:

• Active Real Estate License (required)
• Proven sales success with a strong track record in residential real estate
• Clear leadership ability with a passion for coaching and developing others
• Strong business planning, accountability systems, and follow-through
• Excellent people skills, with the ability to inspire and influence
• Positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset

Compensation

• Commission-based model with the opportunity to earn well into six
  figures (actual compensation based on performance; not a guarantee).
• Growth-oriented environment with continuous leadership development and training.
