Who We’re Looking For
The MCA is the CFO, COO, culture carrier, and systems leader of the
Market Center. This individual is a strategic thinker, full-charge bookkeeper,
systems-driven operator, proactive problem-solver, culture ambassador, and organized communicator.

Role Mission
To grow and support the Market Center by owning the financials,
leading operational excellence, driving value to associates, and building a thriving culture.

What this role is:
Financial Leadership & Accounting
– Full-charge accounting: A/R, A/P, GL, deposits, reconciliations, payroll
– Daily commission processing
– Weekly soft closes; monthly full closes
– KWRI financial reporting
– Maintain compliance, contracts, and accounting files
– Monthly billing, tax forms, special accounting projects
– Financial projections with OP/TL

Operations & Systems Leadership
– Lead and maintain Market Center operational systems
– Refine workflows and efficiency tools
– Maintain office appearance, technology, and readiness
– Oversee vendor relationships and equipment
– Manage data systems and password integrity
– Lead daily staff huddles and priorities
-Standard Receptionist responsibilities

Staff Leadership
– Hire, train, and lead staff using KW Leverage
– Create accountability and performance clarity 2/2
– Build a high-efficiency operations team

Agent Support & Value Communication
– Communicate Market Center value package monthly
– Lead agent onboarding and system setup
– Support operational and financial needs of agents
– Introduce new technology and services
– Direct agents to correct Production Solutions

Who the MCA works with…
Leadership Partnership
– Align with OP/TL on financial planning
– Participate in leadership meetings
– Weekly reporting of key numbers and insights
– Support TL’s agent appointment systems

Qualifications
– 1–3 years accounting/administrative/leadership experience
– Full-charge bookkeeping ability
– Strong communication and systems skills
– Tech-savvy, detail-oriented
– Calm, proactive, integrity-driven professional
